Chinese owl

Chinese owl is a breed of fancy pigeons despite his name the breed isn't  from China and their origin is not Known  but they are probably  from Spain or India

They  are small and short with a wide neck ,  red eye ,  blod head a collar on the gap of the head  and a breast frill  also their short legs  are covered with feathers,wattles are fine in texture 

They are very beautiful pigeons and are perfect for shows.
